We sourced this from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the high mountains of Piura, Amazonas, Peru (1100-1700M). It's fully washed, sun-dried, and then decaffeinated using the clean, chemical-free Swiss Water Process – just water, time, and patience to keep all the flavor, none of the buzz.

Tasting Notes: Caramel, Smooth, Citrus – like a caramel chew with a bright finish.
