Blue Hour — Ethiopian Sidama Single Origin
For the mornings when you actually want to taste your coffee instead of just survive it.
Blue Hour is a med-light roast sourced from smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone, Ethiopia — grown on nitisol soils at 1,700–1,900M, fully natural process, sorted by hand, and dried on raised beds. Indigenous heirloom cultivars that have been grown in this region for generations.
The result is a cup that's bright, complex, and surprisingly delicate. Milk chocolate, ripe fruit, and caramel that linger long after the last sip. Chipp's pick for when the morning deserves something special.
